…metadata gets added to so no need for -out output file. Previously was requiring -out despite one supplying -nidm. Also updated some of the test case data for fmriprep and a run.sh which does the bids2nidm and then the csv2nidm step to add fmriprep results

This branch has new functionality to allow csv2nidm to encode derived data. It also fixes some bugs with reading nidm files and adds some additional queries. This will be merged with master after test cases are written for this new functionality...
