Improve repo list

@anbraten this is a huge list and I would like to split out smaller pieces. Do you plan to work on this in the near future? Otherwise, I would like to pick up the current state and bring it into a mergable state if you don't mind.

@xoxys I've finished most of the UI parts if I remember correctly, but was mainly missing the adjusted api endpoints to receive the lastetest pipeline information together with the for example repo list as we have never decided how we want to include that. I currently have no time for this, so feel free to continue.
