General

Motivation/objective:

Improving shelf seas in global nemo without breaking it, for:

A. Global ecosystem and biogeochemical assessment and impact
Living Marine Resource, Nitrogen pollution, Carbon cycling, etc.

B. Global Sea Level Impacts Model
Regionalisation of global sea level rise, link to coastal impacts modelling, risk and economics. Improved simulation of regional pattern of sea level change.

C. Global impacts of shelf sea process
Deep water formation on Arctic shelves and to Inform coupled O-A model development

D. Scientific support for Marine Data Products
Global model to provide tides for sale.

Generally this will allow us to work on big problems globally and to respond to regional opportunities quickly.
